Get the DS records of a signed zone (ADR-0001)

Computes DS records (RFC 4509, SHA-256) in-process from the public K<zone>.+<alg>+<tag>.key files in the configured key directory, restricted to keys that rndc dnssec -status reports in a key-signing role. Delegation material for the parent zone / registrar.
